Vajra Dance That Benefits Beings with Eleonora Folegnani
The Vajra Dance is a meditation in movement. The simple, slow and fluid movements relax the body, clear the mind, and relieve the tensions of our daily life.
Through dancing we activate and coordinate specific energy points in our body according to an ancient knowledge of channels and chakras. In this way the Vajra Dance dissolves energy blocks, harmonizes the three main aspects of our being – body, energy and mind – and develops presence and awareness.
The “Dance of the Vajra that Benefits Beings” is a symbolic dance of compassion. It is more related to our physical level. It frees the tensions related to our conditioning by different emotions.
Eleonora Folegnani (1975) met her spiritual Teacher Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2000 and was authorized by Him as First Level Vajra Dance instructor in Tenerife in November 2012. She achieved the Second Level in February 2014. In life she is a choreographer, dancer and first level Kunye masseuse (authorized by Shang Shung Institute). The desire to investigate the processes of self-healing led her to address her professional research towards the development of a personal practice that uses the movement of the body and mind as a tool for creative expression focused to the serenity and well-being.
